UMA - U May Act!!!

Recently met a friend of mine over a tea, during our conversation I asked him what he think about a stock that recently been issued a UMA  (Unusual Market Activity), His respond was : what you said? UMA? Is that suppose to means anything? As the matter of fact, recently most of the stocks that been slapped by an UMA seems undeterred by it at all. Counters such as Guoco Land, Ijacobs, BHS, Narra and most recently PDZ are all trending higher after issued an UMA by Bursa. Well, may be is time for the regulator to review their course of action on regulating the market. Till then UMA looks like U May Act to me.
